HALALAN 2013

Do you know that I am most happy after finding out that election day falls on Monday!!! Geeee! That's my off! That only means I get to vote! Can you see all the exclamation point!!! haha That maybe not be as big thing to you as it is to me.

Well, the thing is I get to choose and elect the people I want seated in the government. I just thought that we should all exercise our right to vote. Come on! That's one of the simplest thing we can do as people of this Republic! haha. president ang peg Yay

Moving on,  have you visited a 7/11 store recently? Have you checked their 7/11 Election Cups? This 2013, 7/11 takes part on the election by conducting an informal survey of customers' preferred senatorial candidates. Customers select a cup representing their desired political party. Yellow cups represent TEAM PINOY, Orange CUPS for UNA and White Cups for Independent candidates. Every purchase will be counted as a vote.

As of today, 16 days: 15 hours: 28 mins: 45sec, before the election, Ramon Magsaysay, Jr. from Team Pnoy ranks number 1. In the Magic 12 of the election survey, 8 slots are taken by candidates from Team Pnoy.  Another slot was taken by a Bangon Pilipinas candidate, another from UNA and one independent candidate.

I find it interesting to know that familiar or popular names if I must say , are not in the Magic 12. Grace Poe, Cynthia Villar and Jamby Madrigal from Team Pnoy rank 14, 19, 21 respectively. JV Ejercito, Gringo Honasan and Nancy Binay from Team UNA rank 18, 18 and 22 as of today's tally. I know this is an informal survey but I thought these names would instantly ring a bell. Well, I guess, it's just after the names after all. Maybe people are now choosing based not on popular names but based on what candidates have done and what they can do. I just hope I am right.

We are again given a chance to choose who deserves best to be seated in the government. We are granted a power to decide who we want to help us direct the country's future. Think. Choose and Vote Wisely.

Please note that this is an informal survey and serves only as a voter awareness campaign. For accurate results of this survey, you may visit 7/11 Election 2013 website.
